Theres a small feature on my car in Practical Performance Car this month. I didnt realise it was going to be in, Id been talking to the editor Will Holman via email and he was aware of my plans and asked for some photos. It doesnt look too bad in the mag so might promote the marque a bit more. Heres a picture of my car with the readied motor.

So you've finally decided to fit it then?! When we spoke at the Club Lotus show a couple of years ago you said you were thinking about it. Let us know how you get on.

Hi,

I've seen the article - it's always nice to be referred to as a nutcase for fitting a lexus V8! Good luck with your conversion.

Cheers, Mat.

Hi Roger - Thanks for asking.

I know I said this 12 months ago  but it is definitely going on the road/track this year! I hadn't done anything with it for 6-7 months until recently, but I'm on the case again! Bigger diff is in, drive shafts been made and fitted, the roll cage is finished, brakes are finished, fuel system is finished, removeable front almost finished; just loads of little jobs to sort now, like fitting the doors, fixing the seat/harness, making some sort of replacement for the pop-up headlights, horn etc...etc...

Definitely getting there!

Pete
