Re: Images from Onedrive

Another development, Ive managed to get in on both my phone and my laptop but it will only give me the embed function on my laptop. Its sending me do lally tap. Bash It’s always been that way whilst I’ve used onedrive - the phone app doesn’t give the option to embed. I have done it on my iPad, but ...

What do we think on coverdales swatch colours for 'beiges/golds'? None are close to the original - "Gold" https://1drv.ms/i/s!AqnInSYsXaDWmT0WMRjbyqc3lUDv?embed=1&width=1000&height=600 I think I went with the champagne. Also don’t forget my initial problems with Coverdales, but they were good to de...

Re: Fuelling issues

Do you mean all the idle screw mixture settings, air bleed etc haven’t been adjusted after being fitted to the car after their rebuild. If this is the case I would say that’s the first place to start. I would hope float level and accelerator pump will have been set up by Eurocarbs, but float level m...

Excel heater matrix replacement 86MY on.

The heater in my 87 SA hasn’t worked since I purchased it. Not surprised as the radiator had to be replaced as the lower 2 thirds were blocked and not flowing water. A previous owner had mixed traditional blue glycol coolant with OAT!! Any info I had seen on the forums mentioned having to remove the...

Re: Door Beams

Can’t see it in your photos, but the bit that rusts the worst in the beam is at the front just inside the door skin. There is a piece of foam that is used to seal off the gap around the beam as it passes through the door skin - perfect for trapping moisture against the beam.

Great info.
Don't seem to be readily available in UK though from what I can see.
Rockauto ship to the UK and show prices in £ including VAT. I’ve bought from them for the M100. I ordered parts the same day from a UK supplier - the stuff from Rockauto arrived first and half the price !!

Readily available. De- badging has been around for ages so really need the first owners data on what they might have done. My 78 504 has them.
Thanks. Could you perhaps mention the name of a supplier that has them?
mbracing
I would suggest trying the normal suppliers

Only met him and Di the once, three years ago at my first LiTP.

Definitely a great character and a pleasure to spend time with. My thoughts are with Di and his family.

Re: One DHLA45 dripping into tube at idle

That is likely to be incorrect float height or float needle valve not sealing.
You don’t normally see petrol coming out of the top of the carb - it overflows internally.
