Re: Clutch master cylinder removal
Thanks for that Marten.
That picture shows as if there is lots of room around the Master Cylinder for access. But on my 1990 SE as said
the Fuse & Relay Board is in the way, of seeing it & getting to it.

Re: Clutch master cylinder removal
Oh thanks Marten. I thought you had to get into some funny position inside, that's why I took the Seat out. Didn't think you could reach just by sitting on the floor outside. Tried taking some photos but the Fuse & Relay Board kept getting in the way. Even wedged the Pedal down, but still couldn't s...

Re: Clutch master cylinder removal
I have removed the Slave Cylinder & Hose, very easy job to do with the Car on Axle Stands. My problem is still trying to get the Master Cylinder out. I can't see it let alone remove the Clip & Pin, & then the Retaining Nuts. I have even taken out the Seat, to give more room & the Fuse Cover also the...

Re: Clutch master cylinder removal
The last thing I want to do is remove the Dash.
Am I looking in the wrong place is it outside of the Pedal Box, on the Righthand side?

Door Window Frames
Hi.
I am looking for the "H" shape metal material that the Door Window Frames are made from so I can get a pair
made. I have tried to find the correct size & the supplier or anything close. I have looked all over the web but
can't find anything close.
Can someone help.

Re: Clutch Master Cylinder & Slave Cylinder.
Hi Guys. Just thought I would give an update. Finally found where to get a new Master Cylinder, at a reasonable price. It's a ADT33431 twin stud unlike most of the market. It's at "Parts To Go" at £39.86 delivered. Haven't ordered yet as busy with another project. Taking the other Excel for it's MOT...

Re: Clutch Master Cylinder & Slave Cylinder.
Hi Marten, have you tried fitting the ADT 33431 M/C?
It looks the same as the Brake Engineering MC1602BE & the Dorman CM39296
