Re: ULEZ charges
I checked the site in the link and the TFL site. TFL says my 1986 'Eclat' (Eclat Excel) is ULEZ chargeable. It's not yet a historic vehicle but my 1980 Honda moped is and TFL claims it is ULEZ chargeable.

Which stand are you at? Can't see LotusExcel.net or similar in the show plan.

I should be there, probably with Rick in his MG Roadster and Paul in his newly restored Austin A7.

Re: Castle Combe Track Day 29 May
Earliest they can start is 8.30. At previous events the first track sessions were from around 9 if I recall correctly. Those not booked to drive tend to arrive largely between 9 and late morning, on the earlier side if they want to park with their club or group. Track bookings are full, weather look...

'Updated' seems to cover a multitude of sins. Not much evidence of research behind the write up.

Re: Exhaust-modify or not?
Tim fitted the new system yesterday. It went straight on with no issues, fits well and looks very shiny. Took it for a long drive to get the system up to temperature. The exhaust note is very slightly muted (it may have been blowing slightly from one rusty silencer joint) and the engine seems to pul...

Re: Exhaust-modify or not?
I found a local guy - Tim at Total Vehicle Services, Romsey - who races a 700BHP Nascar, has a really interesting garage/workshop - cars and bikes on 3 floors.
