Re: Polybush, New Source.

Hi Pete, the bush bolts to the chassis in the usual way and the lip on the bracket stopped lateral movement, on the original bush, until they became unbonded. I guess it will work or it wont, worth a punt. https://awp8mw.by.files.1drv.com/y4mWNDCOmWkTcrMSNB916SiznqGfn6PC_3TNK2VD2G4EPUbUanzSiR1rdT1In...

About a year ago i came across a firm called DURAFLEX and one fine day I pedaled over to Prestwich for a chat. The owner Mark, said he had nothing for excel or esprit, but did say he could make any bush i wanted if i knew the size. I didn`t, but told him that i would return with suspension parts whe...

Re: Headlight units

There are a couple of places that do headlight bowl resilvering, if your bowls are sound. Not the cheapest option. The lens can be removed with a strong knife and some gentle prising. I made these out of mini surrounds to allow a more common light to be used, a bit of a faff but uses original adjust...

Re: It started with a brake pipe

Hi, Thanks for the replies, info much appreciated. The crush tube makes sense now and Pete`s tube + shims sounds much better. I was looking at the 350z carbon prop which is much longer, allowing the end to be cut to size avoiding the problem of ungluing. rebonding is another problem. I`m real a fan ...

It started with a brake pipe

Then the next pipe, calipers-not good, parking shoes-delaminated , hub-could be better and before you know it you have a pile of rust on the floor. https://dhx6ya.by.files.1drv.com/y4mJzW9INFZTzswQxE0FQB6FPzm2IQ3pXmQyd9GN9l_uJZS_he2wO-O6iq07nCiMaV6CGQHVpZXLSf8YAKSNfd1Ca6VZJk1GtTL2BV3jIpZScZPt6rLCW7i...

Re: Replacing rear lower seatbelt mounts

A little late maybe, but its worth checking the upper brackets as well, my lowers were a bit more degraded as two nuts is all that was left. passed an mot like that! https://ezeava.by.files.1drv.com/y4m_WlChgTSvgveGFutsOeJ06PcMbt3f1zrqQd3uzzJfdyU1zVcLS25exOysRqUuaockTzj0AKc5A6H7DAWCgbGdkNeYBAgaceI-T...
