Re: We know them as Excels - But what does DVLA think?

To add my suggestion, if you have a modern Windows machine, save your file into your OneDrive, wait a few minutes foir it to sync up to the cloud and then go to onedrive on the web, sign in to your Microsoft Account, and find the image, select the...

To my knowledge its only the clock that remains live when the keys aren't in the ignition.
Don't leave anything plugged into the cigar lighter - battery goes very flat - like dead - in a couple of days.

Re: Herts / Essex / Cambs Monthly meeting

Two months running I've remembered May 15th - Andrewsfield Aviation, Saling Airfield, Stebbing, Great Dunmow, Essex CM6 3TH 8:30 meet for a 9am breakfast. All welcome. The June meeting is on 5th at Little Easton Manor in Essex - they run a monthly car show, register and turn up. https://www.littleea...

Re: Championship Badge

Did they have an "Automatic" badge?
Would it be something a PO had made? Original lost?

Re: Championship Badge

SJs have a number of different versions of the W/C badge, but different from the image - all that shape have dates. Would it be for the first W/C - so from 1964/5

What's the badge on the other side?

Re: Timing belt change (overdue!)

GST change the belts every three years on both my cars (Excel & Esprit). I do use them both regularly all year round - and for me it's piece of mind, knowing that they have been done.

Re: How many left

I thought that you had to tax it as a historic, just that the tax is zero?

My Excel is on the road all year round. Parked in the office car park as I type this reply.

Re: Grand Tourers Register

E1 NMK in the SA images is a manual - I tried to view it in 2015. It was for sale for a fair old time, and was quite expensive when I was looking for an Excel - It had come down in price as well. You can see the advert in the WayBack machine - http://web.archive.org/web/20150105144956/http://www.cas...

I think it might be the forum software as I can't see the images either, but if I copy the image link and paste into a new tab (same browser) I can.

Re: Value your Excel if you dare!

Would non-subscribers have to download the spreadsheet rather than seeing it in the browser? Anybody with the link "should" be able to view the spreadsheet as it is Excel online. It is also an editable link, so anyone can edit the spreadsheet as well. Luckily OneDrive does keep a record of changes,...
