Joined to post this. I say stolen because, well, you'll see from the pics. Sadly, I took these pics a long time ago and forgot about them

Picture posting is a bit of a black art until you're familiar with it.
If you click on my name to the left, you can email me the pic's and I'll put them up for you.
Tony

What makes you think it's stolen? :)

they're transferring the car straight from a flatbed into a trailer. It fell off whatever they were using which is why it's at such an angle. The car is hanging off of the back of the trailer. Plus, where they did it isn't a public area, that's a private car park

Of course, it could be legit but it didn't look right

Often today, classic cars are sold in online auctions, purchased sight-unseen by the winning bidder and they make arrangements to transport the car long-distance on such a truck (I believe you call them a lorry). That big truck can't go into narrow streets in a residential area so its common for the seller to meet the truck in a nearby parking lot where they can go. This one may have been inoperable and had to be towed on a flatbed from the seller's home. I'm sure the buyer is going to be devastated to find out its been damaged when it finally arrives.

it could innocent, like you say. Looked proper dodgy to me though. They clearly didn't know/care about what they were doing.

Anyway, just thought I'd post it in case anyone was missing a car. From the original pic the reg looks like FX and then 4 numbers
