Spotted Woolly Edge Sev. M1 19th Dec

North of Rotherham. Around midday Tue 19th Dec 2023. Early 1983 narrow body. Pristine white with very shiny Toyota 14 inch alloys. Sounded nice too.

We were in the Woodley Edge car park to your left, scoffing, but you didn't look our way !
AND, for a change we were in our pristine 89SE in red.

The middle aged couple in a modern SUV that followed you in , parked in front of us. He looked at her and laughed. Clearly couldn't believe they'd seen two Excels in one place on a 'normal' day.

We were on our way south to Cornwall for Christmas. Fan fail light lit in horrendous traffic after much clutch use... Clutch fluid dripped onto relay. Not enough fluid loss to jepordise clutch function, but just enought fluid to coat relay terminals to stop fans working. Pulled relay, cleaned with kitchen towel and fans were back! Thank God.
