Well I've neglected the old girl the last few weeks due to family stuff and holidays and she is letting me know! Turning but not burning. Carbs were fully dry at first key. Plenty of fuel now coming through. Need to find a spark. :oops:

Finally got her started. But now have no Tacho. Looking to find a common link. Possibly Coil earth?

It's probably the connections on the coil. No spark, then no tacho (must be some mexican food pun somehwere).
Seems like they're the culprit.

Tacho now working. 2 broken connections one original spade snapped off and one ugly aftermarket inline splice which just fell apart.
