I saw the above Excel (green in colour) on the side of the A14 in Suffolk just passed the on slip from Kentford heading East towards Bury St Edmunds, today at about 10am.
I couldn't see anyone with the car and I was unable to stop to investigate further.
I hope everything is OK with car and owner ?
