"It is with great regret that we have to announce the cancellation of the 2010 Club Lotus Parts Fair at Malvern on October 9th.
We’ve not taken this decision lightly but we can't run the event if the exhibitors are not willing to come along. To date we have only 10 autojumble stands booked and no Lotus traders at all - it would be embarrassing to call that a show."

Sounds like a very poor turn-out.

I'd pretend to be surprised, but after last year's poor turnout...I just hope we get our money back!

is that the same location chris, im not surprised it was cancelled though talking to mike taylor at new brighton last weekend he said none of the trade ppl were going a meet does sound good though chris

Hi Sean. We could do the autojumble Saturday, camp in Phil's tent (need lots of beer to keep warm!) and then enjoy the classic cars Sunday....... Oh, and you would need a fleece (and baseball cap)

im up for it double up on the beer as it will be winter by the time phil gets it up ( the tent i mean ) but im up fgor a meet/run and the show ill see phil sunday at cosford

I have no problem getting it up. Only took half an hour at Silverstone and it stayed up for 3 days.
