The Hinckley Motorshow will be delighted if members can join them for the day. This is Hinckley BID's 9th annual motorshow for Classic and other vehicles of Special Interest and takes place in the town centre. It's FREE to exhibit and to attend.
For the best parking please register and arrive early by 7am.
If you would like to take part please contact 01455 698494 / info@hinckleybid.co.uk
Also please contact Stuart Elliott: stuart.elliott@stuartplumbing.co.uk
For more information go to www.hinckleybid.co.uk!
More than 800 vehicle owners filled Hinckley town centre last year to show off their vehicles to a crowd of several thousand people.
Oliver Winterbottom will be attending again this year with his book A Life In Car Design!
Please post here as well if you plan to come along. I hope to be there - just a couple of things to sort out first.
Sorry about the short notice, but it is a good day out.

Do you remember what parking is like for non-display cars Richard? There's no info - just says public car parks are free on Sundays. I assume parking will be a nightmare??

I never got out of the centre far enough to see the car parks! However, I suppose the earlier the better.

I have it on good authority that there is a big car park on Brunel Road which is off the B590 Rugby Road.
From there walk up Regent Street to Market Square. Oliver's sister parked there last year without any problems.

Hinckley was my home town. Parking can be found at sainsburys (100 yds short walk to lower end off the display) but with usual restrictions on free parking etc.; the NCP multistory off stockwell head ( this takes you straight in to the middle of the melee through the Britannia centre); Station road surface carpark but expect that to be full as is small; Tesco is next to train station -a 1/4 mile walk.
Nothing is fool proof. Fools are clever!
