Good to meet Chris, Peter and families in a wet Baslow car park.

Gave the Fare a try. However parked in a field with worsening ground conditions and only 4 inch ground clearance

Left just before 1pm before the four wheel drive things churned the gound up and I had to be pulled out.

Great British weather stikes again.

Still a nice mid morning cuppa and a chat with good people makes up for a lot.

Sunday was fine and dry, so what did we do?

Pooles cavern in Buxton.

It was great to see other excel owners and to meet Pete at last. Pity about the weather! The girls enjoyed their pasties and we explored the twisty peak roads before heading for (drier) Cheshire. :)

It was great to meet Dave, Chris and families on Saturday. Real shame about the weather. We headed off to Norfolk after that - lovely sunny weather! Typical.

Pete
