Anyone tried 14” Yokohama tyres

Post by Alan_M »

Yokohama Advan HF Type-D A008S - 205/60 R14 88H TL

Just wondered if anyone has experience with these tyres. Supposed to be a modern recreation of a 1980’s tyre popular for track use back in the day. Only H rated, but at least that’s still good for 130mph.

Oooh I didn't know these were back in production. In terms of mileage my tires are nowhere near needing replacing, but they have been on the car a while. Maybe I could justify replacing my Nankang Ditchfinders on the Eclat with these!

Rears on mine are 8.5 years old and fronts 7.5 years old. Not many miles on them at all but maybe I could say I need new rears. Maybe... :D
