Oil Pressure

Hi,
Could any tell me what there oil pressure is at idle when hot. The manual says 5lb/sq.in which if i am converting it correctly on my VDO 5 bar gauge is .34. I am at about 1 bar with new oil which is thinner than the black gunk I just removed.
