I've been using these since i've owned the car.

They seem to be fine, infact I was thinking about putting the regulation BPR 7ES in to see if it makes any difference.

When I bought the car it had Champion RN 7YC plugs, and they seemed ok to, if I remember rightly!

A few years ago - OK about 20

I had a Mk 1 Escort with a hot 1700 Kent engine and tried Lodge 4 'pin' plugs - from memory I liked them

Not sure if you can get them now but the Bosch version must be the same.

So would have to say give them a try and where do you get them from?
Some of them are just driving a racing car but some are racing drivers.

I've had the Bosch plugs in.

Personal prefference, the V grove NGK.

But to be honest, could say I noticed a difference.

Brand loyalty, I've always used NGK in every car I've had and not had any plug problems.

One was a 1.6 Chrysler Sunbeam. High lift road cam, twin choke carbs, high rate springs, adjustable dampers on the rear and spacers alround.

For the time (1981), jes did that car move and handle......

Lotus we're doing the Sunbeam at the time and I couldn't afford one, so tried my best to get near to it.
