Tracking

Post by barker_001 »

After fitting some new steering rack gaiters I'm going need my tracking checked and adjusted by my local garage.

The workshop manual quotes the 89MY toe-in figure range as zero - 2mm, or zero - 0 deg 30'.

Would it be right to suggest that the optimum figure to aim for would be the midrange figure, i.e. 1mm or 15' toe in?

Hi Bryan. Yes 1mm is ideal. At least that's what Miles Wilkins told me!

Great Shaun, thanks for that. Miles Wilkins' word is good enough for me too... :)
