My wiper module isnt working on intermittent. Its the earlier square type with lotus sticker on. i bought a "working" later flatter pektron type but that also hasnt got a working intermittent. Can anyone recommend a company who could overhaul/repair either or both modules?

Mine was the one with the sticker on. I bought a ‘guaranteed’ one from Lotusbits (no sticker) which didn’t work either.
I spent 2 days (and several cheap Chinese switches) trying to replace the position sensor on the wiper motor and gave up.
I rang Pektron who said the original company had gone bust and they had no records....
Let me know if you succeed.

Ps, its playing up again. Intermittant works only when it feels like it.

Re: wiper module repair
May be worth disconnecting the cable drive then retest. I recently had strange going ons with the wipers which I thought were electrical. Turned out to be a virtually seized wiper spindle. I think you also mention a burnt out connector that suggests something is drawing more current than good for it.

Re: wiper module repair
it had a new spindle and drive rod/cable last year so free as a bird. i found the plug by accident. its not the plug between module and loom but inthe loom near the ignition barrel. im not sure how long it was getting hot for or when it started but i ran the motor with cable removed and seems ok.
