Wow, that's a lot of work done.. And in detail. Nice...

When using a 1K paint I can advice a paint which contains a rust converter like Rustoleum Combicolor https://www.rust-oleum.eu/product/combicolor-original.
When parts are not 100% rustfree (even after blasting small particles stay on the part) this will stop rust.

Well so much time and so little achieved.
But in my defense, my paragliding truck [Mitsubishi shogun sport V6 Auto] the gearbox started some strange noises which had to be addressed, that took a long time. Then the Mrs needed a car so a Merc E class was purchased which had issues, now that is a whole different mindset for problem-solving.
So hopefully back to the Excel very soon.

Finally off the 4 axel stands and sitting on its own tyres.
Looks so much better now, really want to take advantage of the better up coming weather and get the final fixing done.Can't wait to get the test booked and be back on the road.

Full respect for the work you've done in difficult surroundings. Very impressed.
