My best price for an agreed-value and breakdown-cover deal was with ClassicLine - but I do a fair bit more mileage than 1,500! Still, worth calling for a quote. Also they are just up the road from me in Hinkley, and sponsor the annual town-centre car show there, which is nice.

Lancaster NEC sponsors are also worth a call. I got a good agreed value too - dont under sell on that.

My deal is 12k agreed cover, 3000 miles for £140.

Push the mileage up too. Else you might get black balled by the Forum Mileage Police

The Hinckley Car Show is in Leicestershire not Somerset :)

Peter James, especially if a member of ClubLotus. They were pretty cheap and get unlimited mileage for same price as limited. with CL membership.

I found Footman James reasonable, but is my first classic so don't know any better lol.

Agreed value, 5k per year- £150

I used Peter Best last October.
Comprehensive, 3,000 miles, £12,000 agreed value, garaged, no claims bonus: £82.51!
The best price I've ever seen in the 20 years I've owned my Excel :-)
