Front and Rear Spring Removal and Replacement
Does anyone know of a good go-by instruction to replace the front and rear springs? I am going from short sport springs back to stock.

Re: Front and Rear Spring Removal and Replacement
Rears are a doddle.
If you can raise the car, then sit on ramps so suspension is at ride height, I found that by fitting spring compressors (to hold the spring at that compression level), when the chassis is then jacked up, All of the load in the spring was removed and it is a simple case to remove the fixing both ends for the shock and they are off. - Very quick job.
Fronts are a different matter entirely. Just strip the whole suspension out following the manual.
In summary, shock and spring are the first item to remove when stripping the back, but virtually the last item to remove at the front.
