Paint Code

Post by Will49 »

My paint code is A65 for my 89 SA which I cannot see in the list of piant codes in the Service Manual that Phil (ptanser) so kindly downloaded onto a memorystick for me.
The codes only go up to A45 on Section BA page 6. Am i missing a page beyond this I wonder?
Any guidance would be appreciated as my spoler , roof and bonnet need doing.

Good news, Bad news.
There is a page 6a, starting at Code L46.
The bad news - it stops at A62.
My copy of this page is date stamped Sep 1987

Somewhere I've seen details of later paint codes for MY 89. I'll need to look around. My paint code is A73- Silk red, so there is more out there somewhere.

Here's a list that does include A65. It should download a PDF from lotustalk

https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=6a4c3ee5 ... 4MS8&ntb=1

Or a copy from my OneDrive

Brilliant stuff Chris re my paint colour. Could I ask what document this is from as the Service Manual I have doesnt have a Section K) Paint Codes ?

Having printed out the complete Service Manula that Phill kindly sent to me there are some pages missing and some missaligned when they were photocopied.

Could I be cheeky and ask if a tabled a list of the missing / missaligned pages might you or someone ba able to supply me with a copy as a print or on a memnory stick which I could send? There are about a dozen pages so not huge numbers involved.

Thanks
Will

Looks like it originated on this thread - https://www.lotustalk.com/threads/paint ... st#replies

Link to the PDF on the first page, which is from the Group Lotus website - page doesn't exist anymore, but it is on the Wayback machine https://web.archive.org/web/20060327015 ... ebsite.pdf - go for the 2006 capture.
