I think the early auto's were 3 speeders, and they get quite revvy at motorway speeds

Wish they would put some proper photos up on those pages, enlarging thumbnails, what?

Be interesting to see if these cars get some worthwhile bids in, with luck setting them before an upmarket audience at Goodwood could help raise the profile of the 4 seaters

They, Bonhams, seem to have high expectations as to what these will fetch! Doesn't really go along with reality!! However all well and good if it suggests an increase in Elite/Eclat/Excel values and some appreciation of the rareness of our cars!

I know, they had an ex-Chapman Elite (the Martini green one) pinned at 10-15k, hammer price was under 5k.

We can but dream that one day our cars may be worth as much as a restored Hillman Avenger.....

Avenger Tiger's are very sought after and values have rocketed. I used to work @ Chrysler UK in the early seventies when the first Tigers were produced ... they are therefore towards the top of my "nostalgia garage" list. 8)
