I watched that this weekend. Ben's done an Eclat as well recently.
Looks like he had a nightmare with it!

Wow - long video but I could barely bring myself to pause watching it. You can really feel his frustration with that suspension bolt! Car is up for raffle now, if anyone fancies a bright yellow Elite for £1.Gray14 wrote: Sat Aug 30, 2025 22:17 26 Years OFF THE ROAD! Will This AUCTION FIND 1978 Lotus Elite RUN & DRIVE?

Lucky he wasn't trying to do it at the 'Restoring Classics' March NEC!

Thanks for posting this @Gray14. I hadn't come across this channel before. I haven't found time to watch more than the first 15 minutes yet, but I'm looking forward to watching all of this when time allows.
& I bought some raffle tickets - to support the channel as much as anything. Once you're in the raffle, the software tells you how many tickets have been sold & (just in case you're too dumb to work it out for yourself) what you're odds of winning are - about 1 in 1100 in my case, although my chances will likely have halved, due to more ticket sales, by the time the winner is drawn.
