Ripley Castle (Harrogate) : Classic Car Show : 25th May

I'm trying to get a Lotus NE display together for this one.

Anyone interested ? £2.50 entry free which allows you to put your car into the "concours" arena (sports car category has no age limit and KevinW seems to do pretty well out of these events ).

We've been for the last couple of years and it's a good fun show - nothing too serious, but some decent motors and some attractions for the rest of the family too.

If you fancy coming along - add your name here or come along to the Pancake club with the entry fee and a SAE and I'll get the appropriate number of passes sent out.

A bit close to Castle Combe on the 23rd, but could always combine it with the return leg.

Ahem - let's be accurate about it - it's prosthetic limb beige (aka Jewish racing gold, as I believe Peter Jones calls it.

4 cars confirmed so far (inc. 3 couples) - I'll be sending the booking form off in a couple of days so I can hand out passes at the next Lotus N.E. evening meeting (5th May). Please let me know if you want to attend this show.

Tickets have been posted out. There is a strong possibility of bacon butties at amarshall HQ on the morning of the 25th - if I can be bothered making them
