I'm planning to travel down on the Friday evening (the benefit of "gardening leave" for the next few weeks) so can distribute passes in the morning. I'll bring merchandise and the DVDs that I've done.

Excellent! Angus, apologies - I just re-read your first post on this thread as I had mistakenly formed the opinion that you wouldn't be there. Where do you plan to stop on the Friday? I'm considering driving up Friday evening rather than an early start Saturday.

I have Alan's screen - but no access to a projector at the moment.

I've booked (and paid for) table + 3 chairs and power is free if we have our extension lead(s).

I'm going to stay on Friday night - but haven't booked anything yet.

Possibly a meeting point too ? I'll let someone else suggest better locations and timings though - I have the necessary passes and joining instructions in my club file.

We also need to find some time this weekend to thrash out exactly what's going on at the NEC next month.

Not being totally familiar with the area meeting at your hotel sounds fine. Do we know how early we have to be in at the show ground?

Before 9:30 a.m. - gates open at 7 - but I am NOT moving until I've had breakfast
