Mines got the same problem. Hazzard works but not indicators.
I tried a new relay unit under the dash when up at Lotusbits previously but it didn't fix it.
Also, my interior lamp dimmer doesn't work and that is positioned next to the indicator relay so I presume its power not getting to that block thatthe relays are plugged into.
Previous owner tucked a relay under the dash by the choke, took a live feed from the ignition switch to the new relay and then plugged the output of the relay to the green wire on the indicator stalk which has a spade connector on it leading to the indicators. Works fine.
So I've left it as it is. Maybe one day I'll figure it out.
If your stuck, applying the same 'bodge' err corrective engineering solution may get you out of trouble.
