Re: Locking wheel nuts
Standard 19mm McGards from Halfords (or any other motor factor) will do the job - that's what I use on mine.LOTUSLOVER wrote:Does anybody know where to get locking wheel nuts for a '92 Excel SE?

Re: Locking wheel nuts
If you have a '92 you probably have Oz wheels.
Oz wheels have different wheel nuts to earlier model - maybe they are different shapes.
If you look at http://www.sjsportscars.co.uk you'll see they offer different nuts for Oz wheels and then all other wheels.

Re: Locking wheel nuts
Mine are OZs too - the McGard 19mm work fine - parts manual shows them as wheel bolts, not nuts though (it's been a while since I took mine off so I can't remember) - the earlier wheels (both types) look like they have nuts going on to studs.tonypoll wrote:If you have a '92 you probably have Oz wheels.

Simplest thing to do is pop one out in the car park and take it in with you.
