1987 Excel SE for sale

After 6 years the time has come to sell my 1987 Excel SE.

Glacier blue with matching half leather interior.
MOT to August 2012, Taxed until the end of October 2011.
Drives as an excel should!
All tyres (including the spare) greater than 5mm of tread and of correct 215 50 15 sizing.
Major front suspension rebuild less than 1000 miles ago - new springs, shocks, ball joints, bushes, disks and recon front calipers.
Good history included with some records back to first registration
Pioneer radio cassette with 6 CD changer (original fitting?)
£2,100 ono; I located North Cheshire

I can't believe this thread has had so few hits!

This is a " known to me" BARGAIN 180 brake SE @ 2100 GBP that currently resides in a good home with a genuine owner who's not likely to cut corners on maintenance.

Maybe punters have been put off thinking he's letting it go too cheaply? If so, they are missing the point....he doesn't need the money honey...... HE NEEDS the SPACE ......for his new projects (toys)!

It's at least a grand too cheap IMO, I told him so, but hey ho!

And don't be put off by his "single post record" he's a genuine chap but he just doesn't do forums!

The Excel is still up for sale and should be the for sale section in Classic Car Weekly this week to coincide with their Excel buyers guide. IanB I responded to your post by email last week but perhaps a junk mail filter has interrupted delivery?
