Not really. The rear spats are moulded to the shape of the rear wheelarch and riveted in place. I'm not sure that the equivalent mounting points exist on the front.

See the link in Excel V8 for sale for putting spats back and front, not sure there is much clearance though.

trouble is, where I live its 15 miles to work down muddy country lanes unless I go the long way round via main roads. my old excel had thin rubber universal ones on the front. they looked rubbish but did an excellent job.
