I've been trying to isolate the source of the wind noise from the front screen pillar area of my car for some time. I've now found that the cause is incomplete sealing of the quarter light. I could push the front edge of the glass outwards far enough while driving to make the seal against the frame and eliminate the noise. Now I just have to find my black silicon sealer.
