1984 Excel for sale

I sadly have to sell my Lotus Excel (1984 2.2).

Good bits:
- MOT till 17 March 2017, taxed till 01 March 2017.
- no advisories on the MOT
- all electricals work
- original radio
- nice inside (not ripped seat, no damage)
- drives fine
- comes with original log book with service stamps till 1990 and the original registration of sale in 1984; also with the instruction manual of the radio; and some bills
- upgraded 8 spoke alloys with good tyres

Not good bits:
- the car have been repainted 2 years ago by the former owner, and they didn't cover all the bits before, so some places (mainly the rubber in front) got painted and its coming off
- speedometer not working (my mechanic thinks its due to bad earth)
- ther is one scratch at the paintwork on the front bumper
- the textiles front the top of the roof inside were missing, but i found both in the same colour, but sdtill didn't fit it
- the exhaust have been welded before close to the mainfold so it will need to be replaced in 1-2 years time (I've seen a used set on gumtree for £150)
- it is not in daily use, but starts and drives fine
- hot/cold air vent noisy sometimes
