Just finishing my front end refurb and need some new pads.
Dont want the £100 plus mintex etc so only looking at stock type pads.
The stock type pads seem to come down to a choice between Mintex and EBC ultra's
has anyone used either?

Re: Brake pads
I have EBC's standard pads on the front. They are adequate for day to day driving but no more in my opinion. If you are into spirited driving I would suggest you go for something better, they do a range of pads. No experience of minted pads. Hope this helps.

Re: Brake pads
Forgot to say EBC's standard pads create a lot of brake dust.

Thanks John,
Not had much luck with EBC's on the bike so just wanted to check but by the sound of it the car pads aren't much better lol
