Toyota style wheels, 14"

Post by bash »

Same bolt PCD as all Excel / Elite / Eclat, (114.3mm / 4 1/2" ). Been a spare set in my shed for years and the spiders in there need more room. Dont need alot of money for them, just need the room. Got the centre caps and nuts. Make me an offer.

Thats very nice of you so yes, I just want shut of them really. I know that they fit lots of older Japanese stuff but I have seen some highly polished ones on an early excel and they looked great. I don't do Facebook so I have never been on the excel group.

Those are the quite rare 'Iron Cross' early Excel wheels - an alternative to the Speedlines. They'll be worth a bit to someone!

this style of wheel is very well displayed on the Excel article in this months Absolute Lotus, any takers before advertising to the general public ?
The reason I kept them is that many years ago a Lotus suspension engineer told me that the car had been much better on 14" wheels with the deeper sidewall tyre, but I never used them. You can now get quality tyres in this size too.
