I agree that it was a good event, so thanks to all that organised, contributed, attended and visited the stand - great to meet people too. I was very surprised that in an NEC full of 100's or possibly 1000's of classic cars there were actually only the four Lotus Grand Tourers and they were all within 10 yards of each other - and also amazing to note how much positive reaction to them there was from Joe Public, enthusiasts, journos/media types and experts alike - can only be a good thing for the future.

More pictures from today.
Lotus owners reverting to type:
Show hack packed up ready to go Home:
With thanks to all who contributed to the success of the show - Tony and Tim serving on the stand with their cars, and Richard Gosling, Peter, Alan and Mike, Dave, Matt and Will from Lotusbits for being on the stand. Also to Clarion for being brave enough to put their full commitment behind the show in difficult circumstances, Phil Tanser for organising the calendars, Ric for providing our signs, and our friends next door at Club Lotus for their friendship and support. Similarly to Matt at LDC, and our Patron Mike Kimberley who has been so supportive of our efforts to improve the profile of the club, and was sadly unable to attend on Friday as he had to self isolate. Finally, to Sara Helmer, Oliver’s sister, who has enabled us to put on a good show this year and lay the foundations for a positive future.
Cheers, Richard

Re: NEC Classic Motor Show 2021
Feal privileged to have been part of the event and really enjoyed my first experience of being on a stand and having the opportunity to talk to anyone interested about our cars. Terrific 3 days and great to have met a good few of you.
One more thanks Richard, and that's to you for coordinating and planning our attendance. We all recognise these things 'don't just happen'. A big thanks from use all.

I would also like to echo Tony’s thanks and say a formal thank you myself to Richard for all the behind the scenes work put in to organising and coordinating everything.
Also, as said, it was very enjoyable talking to people interested in the cars including a few motoring celebrities.

Re: NEC Classic Motor Show 2021
I have to say that a couple of people on the Club Lotus stand commented on how good the LGT stand looked. 'Better than ours' one guy said
I certainly think it was the best stand that excel.net/LGT have ever produced. Well done everyone.
Cheers, Phil
