I even bought a jumbo turbo to add to the supercharger! But the less said about that the better.

The AJP might get a 6 litre long stroke conversion. :)

It's gone, the head was beautiful!

Going into an ex development Esprit.

The Truetrac's gone too. So I'm back where I started.

Now onto the AJP. :D

No, spares are easy. The bits that TVR use like sensors etc are parts bin stuff, non of that I want, the internals like valves, rods, pistons will be custom, there's been a lot of development done on these engines outside of TVR factory, that all is available to make them bomb proof.

I'm on the look out for another engine, which is not a problem as so many TVR drivers are so obliging when it comes to slipping of the road.

Yep, had a work collegue last year, shelled out £25K on a Tuscan and wrote it off in 3 days. Wet (straight!!) road, first, second, th...ditch, hedge.

Interestingly, the car would probably not have been written off if TVR were not having their current troubles. It needed a new shell and they couldn't get the parts.
