Got that one. Was auctioned in 2016 at Brightwells. Don't think it sold at that time, but apparently recently refurbished.
Thanks, Tony

There's a white 503 non-runner, LAH 512 P, on ebay at the moment. It has one bid at £2,000.

Not got LAH - Thanks Tony
It's worth £2k just for the condition of the interior. Looks a good car though. I hope it finds a good home.

Thanks Dwayne. I did have SVF.
This might interest you. It's a summary since 2006 of how many Celebration or later cars (75 in total) have had an MOT each year.
Does your car have a current MOT from Northern Ireland? According DVLA UK records it doesn't show one, but given all the work you've done recently, just makes me wonder.
On the overall picture, we now have 507 Excels on the register, 213 Elites and 125 Eclat's. 845 cars in total. I'll post the pictures when we hit 850 cars.
The summary of names under which Excels are registered is hardly changing from previous posted table, 46% registered as Eclat, 35.8% as Excel, 11.8% as Eclat Excel and 6.4% other random nonsense.

Nice to see the number growing steady since 2020.
Yes, K694 CGM is MOT'd since Feb '24. Haven't given an update in ages, but she's running well, whilst sorting jobs as they come along... which I've come to appreciate as standard Lotus ownership procedure.

I wonder what happens when a UK registered car has a registration change and how the DVLA handle this.
My 85 Excel was registered in UK until 2022 when it received a Spanish registration and DVLA was advised.
The UK registration was C284 RSC and now is H1966BBG

This could be a new one for you, Tony:
501, GOF 120V, chassis 79031464A. Non runner, but it doesn't look like there's much missing from it. To be auctioned this w/e by Anglia Auctions. There are more details on their website.

Thanks Tony. New one for me. Always like the auction posts as usually include the VIN.

- Those fog lights look vulnerable. Be interesting to see how much interest there is in it.
Nice to see the number growing steady since 2020.
I suspect the 2020 figures are corrupted by COVID, so wasn't really such a significant dip (many MOT's were extended by about 6 months if I recall).
It does definitely look like a slight upturn last year though.
The numbers for 2024 are actually 1 more than the graph shows- Your (Dwayne's) car. The UK MOT checkers show it as MOT'ed until 1st Feb 25 on the front summary page, but they don't show the details of history after 2022. - Guess that's something to do with NI tests.

Same car went through Bonham's in March 23 and seems to have sold for £9400.
Cars only done 400 miles since and although was MOT'ed for the year, it's now expired ! I really don't understand why anyone would sell a car without an MOT (especially at auction) when there's a high probability it would pass.
