There is a company I have used in the past called blurb who can produce trade books 5x8 or 6x9 at sensible prices. I think the 6 x9 size would be about right? Cost is about £7.00 for 44 pages which is a lot cheaper than the £70+ being asked on eBay for ripped copies.
I would certainly be interested in a copy at that sort of price
