The only thing it says about ingredients is that it contains organic oil - so it is a fire risk. Nothing about silicone (one way or the other). There may be more info on www.solutionfinish.com

Wurth something or another. I'll come back with the details. I've done 205 bumpers with it. Comes in black or anthracite.
