SJ Sportscars also sell stainless rear seat belt brackets (perfect fit BTW).
Mine were £19 each plus P&P and VAT (about £52) (I'm VAT registered though...

).

just did mine yesterday (for fitting the harnesses)...
once again, fitted perfectly, and once i worked out the best way to put them in, 1st side took 20 mins, 2nd side took 5 mins...

I have read many of this kind of threads but couldn't find much about sealing or similar when bolting back the new brackets. What have you done? Only sealing the holes or have you done some sealing masses between the body and the brackets either?

When Lotusbits did mine, they filled the new brackets with silicone sealant - it helps to stick them to the underside which makes bolting them up a bit easier. It's a also a very good idea - without a good seal, water comes in through the bolt holes and floods the back seats.
