Our May club meeting next month will NOT be held as usual on the first Sunday of the month (the 1st), but the 3RD SUNDAY THE 15TH OF MAY The reason being, as we mentioned last month, we were looking to take our May meeting away from the pub to a day out, incorparating a convoy for those who wish to join us.

We have chosen Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, 5 miles from Oxford where will join forces with the Berks Bucks & Oxen (BB&O) Club Lotus group who will be gathering there on that Sunday.

Weather permitting this should make a good drive out and a great destination to meet up with other Lotus guys & girls. There obviously will be facilities at the palace... refreshments etc.. but thought it would be nice to picnic?

I would be grateful if those of you who are interested in joining us at Blenheim, would email or telephone to let me know, and... if you would like to join our convoy from Northwood.

There is a admission fee at the entrance to the park and gardens of £7.10 which is a special reduced rate for us, (full price being £11), and if you wanted to look round the palace £12.70 (and £19.00 respectivley). I will email you nearer the time as a reminder and the time and meeting point of the convoy. You can also visit the BB&O Club Lotus web site to find out more.

Reminder of our May meeting next Sunday week the 15th. Which instead of our usual pub meeting will be a drive out and gathering at Blenheim Palace Oxford, where we will join the Club Lotus Bucks Berks & Oxen (BBO) group. (attch. a flyer of the avent from the BBO group)

Those of you who would like to join us on convoy to Blenheim Palace, we will meet... as specified in our previous email... at "The Gate" Pub Northwood (NOT Ye Ole greene Manne) from 9.30am to set off no later than 10'0clock. and would recommend if you are to join us that you let us know..telephone or email...(or if you have any queries) so we do not leave anyone behind.

Weather permitting should be a great day.
