Thanks for the offers guys - the be scrupulously fair about it - I think we should have the first 2 who offered to show cars : alanmoss and crogw11597
Display cars need to be onsite early on the Sunday (VERY early) - so if this is a problem for either, we'll work through the others in order of volunteering until we have the full complement.
I'll be onsite on the Saturday to do some setup - can anyone lend us a projector screen for the weekend again ?

Bog atandard lodge.
Wynmondham looked nice if you can find one there.
Lived in Wymodham for 6 years, has some good pubs. Try The Feathers, The Cross Keys for and the Green Dragon (I think).
Best Western has a hotel on the main street and there is another hotel called The Abbey which is OK.
Travel Lodge at Thickthorn about 5 miles up the road is basic but handy too.
I can't make it down, but was in Wymondham yesterday visiting family

I can provide some poster boards as for Donington and bring along a few more this time if required. How many are needed? Velcro tags to attach posters?

Chris : poster boards - yes please! Who has the material we used at Donington ? (some of mine seems to have got packed with it, I think)
Craig : screen, projector, laptop - always useful to have backups and if I burn a 2nd copy of the DVD we can go multi-screen !

Hi Angus. I can bring over some poster boards but I am expected at a family gathering Saturday evening (I will escape to get to Hethel on Sunday). Is there somewhere I can leave them for you or Alan to collect at Hethel on Saturday or can we meet somewhere to pass them to you? My mobile is 07966 221880. Cheers, Chris.
