Here's a driving clip from the summer. Bit boring but it's a nice stretch to push along if you are ever in the Cotswolds. It won't win any Oscars and the final fade out is crap :D :D :D Had to put sound to it as the engine noise was soooo quiet

Following on from topic http://www.lotusexcel.net/phpbb/viewtop ... =27&t=8901. I now have fitted CREE hi/lo H4s. They definitely give the pure ice white look externally. Just waiting for it to get dark to see what I see - or dont  :D :D

Piccy shows one CREE and one Standard H4 fitted

Well that was really disappointing. Dipped is no brighter than side lights and main below standard dipped H4s. Very little forward projection of the beams either. I do have crystal clear lenses so may be different with a standard Cibee style.

Can almost feel the emotions in this last post Stu.

Thay looked lovely bulbs though, pop em back out and put them on display in the living room
The Lotus Eclat, a lot like the English Whisky company: comes from Norfolk and better than you are often told it is.

Update - seems these items might only be 20 Watt equivalent hence the low output.

The pain is knowing a lovely thoughtful gift seems ungratefully rejected. They do look cool DRL though

Is there any data regarding the number of lumens the "bulbs" are supposed to produce?

I can test that this week if you want?
Test the 7" replacement bowl upgrade output versus the standard bowls and lights.
I have a lux meter.
