Club Lotus Staffs have 3 passes left for the Classic Car Show at Beaumanor Hall. As usual, we will have pride of place right in front of the house.

whoever does go, be very carefull when you drive onto the lawn as it drops down from the rest of the ground (don't ask me how I ripped my chin spoiler off my éclat in 2002!)

I was walking in the area where this was held and the cars were having a run and there were some crackers. I might have to make an effort and attend this one next year.

Ps never walked that area before we usually do the peak district of Derbyshire, its very nice and surprisingly there are some blinkin big hills in Leicstershire.... I was na....d after a ten mile walk.

Let me know next year if you want to go. We had 9 cars in front of the entrance to the Hall and Richard - former Excel restorer and owner - won best sports car with his V8 Esprit
