A/C Pressures and oil and R134 amounts

I am getting ready to replace a defective Air Conditioner hose and need the pressures for the high and low side, the amounts of R134, and how much oil to refill the system with. Thanks in advance.

system is factory filled with 175 +/- 15 cc of oil.

An extra oil is required :

80cc for a replacement compressor.
30cc for a drier.
30cc for a condenser.
45cc for an evaporator.
