Nose cowl fit

Hi Guys. Anyone got pictures of the front of their car with the bumper off? I am looking for guidance on the nose cowl fit. Having replaced the crash panels, the cowl is not sitting correct when offered up.
In particular I am interested in how the cowl marries up to the body and the nose cut out

Hi Stu, I’ve got loads of photos with front bumper removed, but the radiator cowl that fits in the nose cone is also removed - are these any good? Or do you need with the rad cowl in place - not sure I’ve got any like that.

Thanks Alan.
I think have identified the issue. The new board (19mm) is thicker than the original so as we get to the front end, the nose cowl starts to curve outwards and I had a touch point restricting the final push home.
I would like a shot of the nose end looking straight down the crash panel if you have one.

I also tried 19mm ply in mine, but ran into the same problem - the radiator intake cowl won't fit. Half inch thick ones seem to leave more room to allow it all to be maneuvered into place.

Stu, I’ve emailed (running out of space on Onedrive) photos I have of that area. In the photos you can see the very light grey line that shows the position of the original panels.
I bought my ply panels from Lotusbits - they supply 15mm thick panels - possibly for this reason? Not fitted yet, so can’t confirm.

Alan - I would like to have some of those pictures, as I will be doing the same. But, I will be making my own plywood panels as shipping across the pond here to the US would be quite expensive. Thanks.
