Definitely a new one. Looks decent until you see pictures inside, but who knows on chassis and paint can only tell by actually seeing . Be interested in price it bags.
( Good job it's not leather otherwise I might have found it difficult to stay away from).

For what appears to be an eminently savable car, that seems a bargain.
