There are 3 reconditioned units on Lotusbits at the moment - https://lotusbits.com/lotus-excel-new-parts/#clutch

I need a differential for a 1984 manual transmission excel , Thanks Dave
What's your urgency?

I have a spare unit that I've fitted new seals to, but I'll need it for the next couple of months as temporary fit on my car
I have a late car and the ratio is lower, so after I've redone seals in my diff, I will want to return to standard.

Sorry to be a knowall but the ma61 supra diff and the lotus diff are exactly the same unit. Ratio is model dependant as you know.

Early cars were 4.1:1, later cars changed to 3.9:1. An 84 car will be 4.1.
Auto's were 3.7:1.

If you have a provenance certificate, it will tell you the serial no for the diff. Suffix A is 4.1, Suffix B is 3.9. Must be marked on the diff somewhere, but no idea were and doubtful still legible after 40 years.
