Refitting Roof line trim

I am refitting the external roof trims covering from the C-Pillar to top of door. (1986 SA)
I have just a few self tappers along the edge and large blobs of grab sealant at the C-Pillar. With sealant down the screen overhang too.
Should there be anything else sealant wise?
