Hi All

Excel front lens unit 0 v Concrete Pillar 1

Being a numpty on my first proper drive in my silver excel, edged a pillar!
Does anybody know what vehicle the front sidelight/indicator of an 83 Excel is sourced from?
Any ideas Thanks

You have two options, Lucas or Cobo, have a look at the lens and it should say, although they're easy to tell apart if you know the lens pasterns (Lucas is only rings, Cobo is rings of squares).
They are both sourced from those manufacturers original standard stock, you may find them available from Tractor spares suppliers.

As you should be Lucas, but as Cobo units are almost identical they sometimes get fitted in the place of the originals, and can be sourced from similar aged Esprits.
